Born out of the visionary zeal of Mr. Swapnil Marathe. Yuvan Group is built on a foundation of entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of excellence. With a background in software engineering and a passion for real estate, Mr. Marathe embarked on a journey to establish his own venture. His remarkable journey began as a sales professional in Jones Lang LaSalle, where his dedication and commitment led him closer to his aspirations.
In 2014, fuelled by his ambition and desire to explore the dynamics of real estate industry. Mr. Marathe founded Ashwa Realtors, a real estate consultancy firm and further expanded his horizons by establishing Yuvan Group with a grand vision to create an umbrella corporation that caters to different verticals of Real Estate, including Development of Open Land parcel, Redevelopment and SRA projects.
His visionary approach aims to uplift the housing segment across construction industry. Offering better lifestyle by providing comprehensive solutions for all real estate - related requirements, positioning Yuvan Group as a leading name in the industry.
